4. Shipping Policy for Pre-Orders

  • If you purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in one transaction, the entire order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.

    • If you want in-stock items shipped immediately, please place a separate order.

  • Shipping timelines begin once the pre-order item is received to our warehouse in Australia.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable, as we often produce or reserve stock based on demand.

  • Exceptions may be made in cases of significant delays (30+ days), in which case we will contact you to discuss options.

6. Changes to Orders
