Return & Refund Policy

Important Note:
Please be aware that the outer case or packaging is designed to protect the product during transit. Minor scratches, marks, or discoloration on the case are not considered product defects and do not qualify for a refund or return.

Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

  • You must provide a complete, unedited unboxing video.

  • The video must clearly show all sides of the parcel and confirm that all seals are intact before opening.

  • If the seal is broken and no video is provided, we will not be able to process an exchange or return.

Refunds & Store Credit
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind unless a valid reason is provided and accepted.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued in the form of store credit only.

Please email us at info@kpopcheck.com.au with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Unboxing Video

  • Reason for Return or Refund

  • Full Shipping Address

  • Desired Resolution (e.g. exchange, store credit)

If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions on where and how to send the item. Do not send items back without prior approval, as these will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. Returned items must be in original condition with all inclusions intact.

Please note:

  • Damage to packaging (e.g., outer box/case/cover) is not considered valid for return.

  • These materials are meant to protect the inner contents, and minor flaws such as small scratches, spots, or discoloration are not grounds for compensation.

  • We do our best to pack all orders securely, but some shipping issues may occur beyond our control.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend submitting a return request first. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the item you’d like.


Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
